Summit collects the information you submit through supply request and commercial questionnaire forms—such as company name, contact name, email, phone and usage details—in order to respond to your inquiry and evaluate supply options.
Customer portal accounts store the information needed to operate your account: user names and emails, roles and permissions, delivery locations, load and invoice history, documents you or Summit upload, and messages exchanged with the Summit team. Access is restricted to your company’s authorized users and Summit staff whose role requires it.
Summit does not sell customer information. Data is retained as long as needed to service the account and meet recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact your account representative.
