Portal accounts are issued to named individuals. Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed under their account. Requesting a load through the portal is a request; it becomes an order only when confirmed by Summit.

Pricing, freight and delivery windows are subject to change based on market conditions, supply availability and carrier capacity. Governing terms for any transaction are those in the applicable customer agreement or confirmation.
